Returns & Cancellations

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. 

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. 

Custom and Personalised Jewellery 

Custom-made or personalised pieces that have been made to your specifications cannot be cancelled after production has begun and are not eligible for return or refund, except where the item is faulty or otherwise required by applicable law. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the statutory right of withdrawal described above applies where eligible. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 7 business days, and no later than the timeframe required by applicable law. 

If you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of your standard delivery service. Any additional charges for expedited or premium shipping are non-refundable.
