Refund policy

For returns please email me at studio@hellenahueck.com. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Custom pieces cannot be returned. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
